Reporting Outages, Service Level Agreement

Our goal is no more than 1 hour downtime on the RR in a month,
during peak hours.
- Peak hours are defined as 6AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, Non-UCSC-holidays, Pacific time.
- This does not include power outages, network problems or
hardware failures.
- Our (rarely used) scheduled maintenance time is Thursday 4pm, Pacific Time.
- For the Euro and Asia mirror sites, our goal is no more than 12 hours
downtime per year for each mirror, no more than one incident per month.
